タイのお菓子「カイ　ホン」

s-2008.08.26_カイ　ホン（白鳥のたまご） 002.jpg「白鳥の卵」と言う名前が付いている緑豆餡入り揚げ菓子「カイ　ホン」

ピンポン玉位の大きさで、見た目は一口餡ドーナッツのよう。

粉砂糖もたっぷり付いているし甘甘？と思いきや「おうっ！ピリッ！」

胡椒がけっこう効いてて甘味のある緑豆餡なのです。

餡の周りの生地は米粉がベースなのでモチモチとした食感です。

胡椒がアクセントになっているのでけっこうパクパクいけちゃいま～す。
