ちょうど日本の桜エビ位のサイズのタイの活小エビを使ったヤムです。
もちろんこれだとやはりエビの鮮度が命。
出来上ってお皿に盛り付けた後もお皿から飛び出す元気なエビもいて...。
もちろん私のお腹は大丈夫でした。
