竹の子のサラダ「スップ・ノーマイ」

スップノーマイ.jpg竹の子を繊維に添って細く裂いたものに、炒ったお米を砕いたものとミントの葉がたっぷり合わせた、サッパリとした香りの良いイサーン(タイ東北部地方)のお料理で、私の好きなお料理の1つです。
タイでは竹の子を繊維に添って細く裂くための専用の針のような道具を使います。
独特の臭みのあるタイ竹の子がクセになりお酒のツマミにも最高な1品です。
