今夜は「タイ料理ディナー」

父がちょうど帰国中なので、今夜は、父の友人のおじ様お二人をお迎えして
「タイ料理ディナー」です。

メニューは
タイエビせんべい
ラープ・ムー(ひき肉のスパイシーサラダ)
ヤム・タックライ(レモングラスのサラダ)
トード・マンプラー(タイ風さつま揚げ)
コームーヤーン(トントロの網焼き)
クンパット・プリックタイダム(有頭エビの黒胡椒風味炒め)
ゲーン・ハンレー(タイ北部地方のカレー)

デザート
マンゴー

まずは、ビールで乾杯!
後は、タイ産ワイン、アイヤラ(タイ香り米焼酎)などなどの予定。

ちゃんとタイにワイナリーがあるんですよ。
昨年位からようやくタイ産のワインが日本に入ってきました!
ようやくタイ料理レストランでもタイ産のワインを見かけるようになりました。
スッキリした口当たりの良い飲みやすいワインで、タイ料理にピッタリ!

とことんこだわって作られたタイ産ワインについては又改めて詳しくUPしま~す。
