私の学んでいるタイのお料理学校の元スタッフで、私が秘かに「左腕先生」と呼んでいるアップルちゃん。（タイのあだ名）スタッフの中でもひと際お上品で、器用で、丁寧で、優しくて、テキパキしていて、お料理の事となると厳しくて･･･。とてもステキな女性で、大好き！
今年は、彼女のお宅の「別荘」にお呼ばれ！でした。
彼女のお宅の別荘は、まさしく古き良きタイ！高床式のステキな別荘でした。
まずは船着場にあるこの場所でウエルカムフルーツとお茶をいただく。
その後、高床式のお宅で彼女メイドのお料理をいただく。
この日の彼女のお料理は、「ムー・オップ・サポロット」豚肉とパイナップルの煮込みご飯、他。デザートは「カオニャオ・マムワン」とお庭で取れたフルーツ。彼女のお料理もどれもとても美味しく、美しく･･･。お腹も心も満足満足！うぅ～幸せ！でした。
その後、車で5分弱の彼女のご自宅に移動し、鳥の鳴き声を聞きながら、お庭でご家族の方々と改めて楽しいひと時を過ごさせていただきました。
＊昨年はこちらで、「蛍を眺めながらお庭でお夕食をいただく！」と言うこれもまた素晴らしいひとときでした。
ご自宅も、思わずため息が出てしまう位、自然が豊かで、とにかく広～くて大きい！
門を入ると、水路が数本走り、その両側にマンゴー、パパイヤ、バナナ、唐辛子etc･･･。それこそ食材は何でも揃っている！広～いお庭の奥にこれまた大きなお家。

大好きなアップルちゃんとステキなご家族の方々と共に、楽しく優雅で贅沢なひと時を過ごさせていただいた幸せな1日でした。
アップルちゃんは現在、政府関係スタッフと共に、世界各国にタイ料理＆カービングを伝えるべく、お仕事をしている。昨年はロシア、今年はスペイン・・・。
This domain seems to recieve a large ammount of visitors. How do you get traffic to it? It offers a nice individual twist on things. I guess having something authentic or substantial to post about is the most important factor.
