懐かしい系のお菓子。日本のポンせんべいorおこしのようなお菓子です。タイの伝統菓子の一つ。おせんべいの部分は、蒸したもち米を丸い型で形を整え３日天日干し（オーブンでも可能）。干されたおせんべいを油で揚げる。上にかかっているタレ（茶色部分）は、塩味の感じるパームシュガーの味。素朴で、何とな～く「懐かしい」感じのする食べだすとやめられない、止まらない！のお菓子の一つ。おせんべいの部分を作るのが面倒なので中華食材の市販のオコゲで作ってしまいます。なので私は四角いナーンレット。
